Privacy Policy

Synced ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using Synced, you agree to the practices described here.

• Account information

  Your first name and email address when you create an account.

• Partner cycle data

  Menstrual cycle dates and settings you enter for your partner. Used only to compute cycle phases and generate reminders for you.

• Order information

  Delivery address and purchase history when you place orders through the app.

• Push notification tokens

  Device tokens used to send you reminders, if you opt in.

• Usage data

  Anonymous analytics to improve the product — no personally identifiable information.

• →To provide cycle phase tracking and personalised gift recommendations.
• →To send push notification reminders before her period (only if you opt in).
• →To process orders and deliver gifts.
• →To improve the app through aggregated, anonymised analytics.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data including cycle records is permanently deleted within 30 days.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request data deletion or export, email us at hello@synced.app.

Synced is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Synced ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Synced (ABN pending), operated by Felix Helson.

Synced is a relationship awareness app that helps you understand and support your partner through every phase of her menstrual cycle. Features include cycle phase tracking, phase-matched gift recommendations, experience planning, an AI advisor, and intimacy logging. The App is for informational and relationship support purposes only and is not a medical device or substitute for medical advice.

• Subscription period

  Synced Pro is billed on a monthly basis. Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically every month.

• Price

  The subscription price is displayed in the App at the time of purchase and is charged in your local currency via your Apple ID. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.

• Automatic renewal

  Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

• Cancellation

  You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to App Store Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Synced. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.

• Free plan

  The free plan includes one partner and a limited gift collection. Pro unlocks multiple partners, the full gift collection, full activity planner, and the AI Wingman advisor.

• Restore purchases

  If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use the "Restore purchases" option in your profile to re-activate your subscription.

• →You must be 18 years or older to use the App.
• →You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• →You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms.
• →You must obtain your partner's informed consent before entering any cycle or health data about her.
• →You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the App.

Synced is designed to be used with the knowledge and consent of your partner. We strongly recommend that your partner fill in her own cycle details. Entering health data about another person without their knowledge or consent may violate their privacy and your obligations under applicable law. We do not condone unconsented tracking.

All content, design, code, and features of the App are the property of Synced and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. Cycle phase predictions are estimates based on averages and should not be relied upon for medical or contraceptive purposes. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synced shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email.
