The honest answer: not very much.
Today's date in your cycle
Day 4 of 28. Menstrual phase. That's it — no symptoms, no temperature, no medical data.
Average cycle + period length
So the app can estimate when your next period might start. Nothing more granular than that.
Your birthday (if shared)
Optional. Used for a heads-up reminder so he doesn't forget.
Anything you choose to share
A wishlist, foods you love, flowers you don't, things to avoid. All optional. All editable by you.
What he never sees: your symptoms, mood logs, fertility window predictions, sexual activity, or anything you log inside the app yourself. None of that is shared.
One link. Total control.
When your partner adds you, they get a private link to send you. Open it on your phone — no app install needed — and you can:
What we'd ask too.
Is this a tracking app?+
No. Synced doesn't track location, biometric data, or anything you don't explicitly share. It estimates your cycle phase from a single date you (or he) provide.
What if I don't want to be in the app at all?+
Tell him to remove you, or open the control link and delete the profile yourself. Both work the same way: data is wiped immediately and the row is deleted from the database, not just hidden.
Where is my data stored?+
On Supabase servers physically located in Sydney, Australia. Encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell or share with third parties — see privacy policy.
Can I see what gifts he buys for me?+
Not by default — that would ruin the surprise. But if he sends a wishlist link, you can fill in what you actually want.
What if we break up?+
He can remove your profile from his app. Or you can use your control link to delete everything yourself. Either way, your data is gone within seconds.
