Common questions.
Is there a free trial of Pro?+
The free plan is the trial. Use it as long as you want with one partner. If you need more, upgrade in-app — billed monthly via Apple, cancellable anytime.
What payment methods are accepted?+
Pro subscriptions go through Apple In-App Purchase (so it counts toward your Apple billing). Gifts go through Stripe — accepts every major card + Apple Pay.
Can I cancel Pro at any time?+
Yes. Cancel in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. You'll keep Pro for the rest of the billing month, then revert to Free.
What about refunds for gifts?+
If anything goes wrong with an order, we'll refund within 24 hours. Email hello@synced.app.
Why is there a 5% service fee on gifts?+
It covers Stripe processing, tracking emails, customer support, and platform development. We donate 10% of our profit to White Ribbon Australia — so a chunk of every gift ends up funding men's mental health work.
